Immediately seeking a Senior Level Residential Designer

Immediately seeking a Senior Level Residential designer to oversee the residential design business of this established triad firm. Five years’ experience working directly with clients is required and portfolio will need to be submitted to ensure that the design style compliments or relates to that of the design firm.

Candidate must possess the skill and love for working with families to turn a house into a luxurious home. Projects include large scale construction projects and large to small scale renovations. Experience with handling client communication, budgets, construction and finish schedules, contractor communication and ability to install each project is required. Designer will have the support of office personnel for AutoCAD drawings, project proposals, order entry, order tracking and vendor follow up.

Designer should be comfortable with communicating directly with clients in a professional manner with a proactive mindset as well as with contractors and vendors. Designer should be able to work well in a team setting however should possess the experience and confidence to manage their own projects. It is important that the design candidate has a positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude for each project with a great sense of humor and ability to get along with and work well with others.
