We designed this apartment complex clubhouse and model apartment to reflect the potential residents of the area—primarily young university students. We selected new finishes and furniture that were approachable and energetic without sacrificing enduring quality. For the clubhouse, we focused on creating an inviting and community-oriented space to spark engagement between staff and residents.
